How long does the work take?
The duration depends on the scope of work and the condition of the yacht. After reviewing your request and conducting an initial assessment, either remotely or on-site, we provide a clear and precise timeline.
Where the work is carried out?
The service can be performed at our professional facility in Wanssum or at your marina. For clients across the Netherlands, our mobile team provides on site service. We always determine the most suitable location based on the project requirements and your convenience.
Do I need to be present during the work?
No, your presence is not required. Once access is arranged, we complete the service independently. After the work is finished, we either present the results in person or provide photo and video documentation for your review.
Is it possible to damage the coating during cleaning or polishing?
Professional cleaning and polishing, when carried out correctly, do not damage well maintained surfaces. Every yacht is assessed beforehand, and if any sensitive areas are identified, we discuss them with you prior to starting the service.
How is the price determined?
Pricing is determined by the vessel's size, current condition and the selected services. Following an initial assessment, we prepare a detailed and transparant quotation so you know exactly what is included before the project starts.
Is there a warranty on the services?
Yes. We stand behind the quality of our work. If any concerns arise after the service, we adress them promptly. For complex projects, all specific conditions are agreed upon before the service begins.
